Whatever age your multiple-birth children may be, we would love to have your participation in our club. When it comes down to it, only mothers of multiples know what it’s like and can provide the kind of support needed. We welcome all mothers of multiples in the Salt Lake, Davis, Tooele and Summit counties and any other part of Utah to be a part of our organization. We are a year-round organization. We have many activities throughout the year including the summer months.
Membership Dues
Dues are paid only once per year. Dues are $30 annually and include members-only activities and events, early access to our Super Sales (and no seller's fee), $5 toward a monthly activity (either Mom's Night Out or Date Night), access to our lending library, and other club resources such as Education Nights, Play groups, and community service projects.

- Go to paypal.me/slmotwinsclub to pay your $30 dues or send to info.slmot@gmail.com
- Fill out the membership form and email it to info.slmot@gmail.com. You could also print it off and mail it. NOTE: Having trouble saving and emailing the membership form? Simply type the information from the form into the body of an email and send it to info.slmot@gmail.com.
- Your membership is good for one year, you will receive an email notice when it is time to renew!
